1. Fresh Produce & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, and homemade spices, returns are generally not accepted. However, refunds or replacements will be provided in case of damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

2. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
